We diamond blade grinder the entire floor, fill a long crack with crack filler, then leveled it out by grinding it down with a hand grinder. We then cleaned the entire floor and put down our 2 part epoxy and chip system 100% coverage. The following day we scraped all the excess chips up and then seal the floor with our polyurethane sealer.
